ERG Collection

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, open and inclusive organizations that offer team members a sense of belonging, enhanced networking, and opportunities to learn and grow. ERGs are open to everyone and team members can belong to any ERG, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, country of origin, etc. The enterprise brand team has thoughtfully partnered with each ERG to offer merchandise that is in adherence with the Trane Technologies brand.
